Awesome new Lean Cuisine!!

I was in Publix last night and noticed a new Butternut Squash ravioli dish. It is very yummy! I am working on it right now. But it has a lot of veggies in it, in a creamy but not overwhelming sauce! It also has a few chopped walnuts in the mix as well. Very good!

 

Edit: it might be old....LOL but i thought it was new... it is new to me anyway! LOL

omg, it is delicious! on a whip a couple of months ago i bought a 4 pk of LCs from costco so that i could take to lunch. well i decided to eat the butternut squash one at home b/c i didn't think i would like it and i didn't want to go hungry at work, and i LOVED it. i couldn't believe how good it was, and that was my first LC ever. after that i started buying LCs for all of my lunches. i recently stopped so i could save some money, but i have been very impressed with pretty much all of their entrees. i think out of all of the ones i tried, i probably was not a fan of 1 of them.

I'll have to try that one! My new favorite things are these vegetarian/organic frozen dinners called Amy's Kitchen. Today I had a Teriyaki bowl and it was SOOOO good. omg.

yes...amy's is my other favorite...they have yummy refried beans (that even brandon prefers) and yummy soups too!

i do love amy's pot pies!!! YUM! and their indian dishes!

OMG... I love all things Amy's I like her soup... I haven't tried her refried beans, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE her mexican casserole bowl, burritos, and enchiladas with rice. I love how well rounded all of her meals are!

Mmm, sounds delicious.  I saw something new at Publix today (YES, I said Publix - it just opened this morning, so you know I was there!)  California Pizza Kitchen personal pizzas.  Genius!  You can't even get those at the restaurant...

Hmm.. I like LC's regular cheese ravioli so I will definitely have to try the butternut squash one. Sounds good!

 I've never heard of Amy's frozen meals before... where are they sold?

you can find a pretty limited selection of amy's at walmart and target (although some target's carry more amy's than others i have noticed) but i think the largest variety of amy's can be found at publix or other "higher end" grocery stores...

amy's mac n cheese is good tooo! i love to let the edges "burn" a little...and get really crispy! yummmm!

Publix has the best variety though, imo and if you're ever in bham, Whole Foods has the whole shebang... waffles, breakfast wraps, the whole nine yards.

YUM...i will have to try this one.  I LOVE LC.  I usually eat a few a week for lunches.

I have never tried those Amy dishes.  Maybe I can find them next time.  I am always looking for new meal ideas for a quick lunch.
