Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

all this interview talk...
...has made me finally send out my resume today! (to a place I've been scoping out for a while now). I've had my stuff ready to go for months, but always chicken out when it is time to hit send.
So thanks everyone for getting me motivated, and fingers crossed that I will be talking about interviewing when I follow up with them next week!
