Pizza Poll/Survey
So this talk..well one post of pizza got me wondering....
1. What is your favorite pizza place in St. Louis?
2. Do you like the St. Louis style pizza?
3. Do you have a pizza dough recipe that you'd like to share? I can't find one that I LOVE.

1. My own question is hard. I really like Dewey's pizza.I've heard good things about Jonie's and also really like Pi.
2. I do like it. DH wasn't a fan at first but then enjoyed it. I prefer St. Louis pizza and wings over Imo's though.

1. What is your favorite pizza place in St. Louis? Pi or La Pizza
2. Do you like the St. Louis style pizza? From growing up in Chicago and then living NYC and getting awesome pizza in both places, I can't stand St. Louis pizza. In fact, I'm headed up to Chicago in about and hour and I'm totally going to order a pizza from Gino's East!

1. Dewey's is awesome.
2. While I'm not a fan of Imos or provel cheese on ANYTHING, I really enjoy St. Louis style when it's made with mozzarella, the only cheese for pizza in my opinion. My favorites are Fortels and Guidos. I love love LOVE them both, esp. with fresh mushrooms and garlic. *drools*
I really like Pi.
I can eat St. Louis Style, but I could take it or leave it.
Not a homemade one, but Trader Joe's has a REALLY good pizza dough
Dumb question, what is St. Louis' pizza style?
Everytime I've been there to visit DF he's always just ordered from BP, which I hate. I'm hoping to find a really good pizza place we can both agree on when I move there (omg only three weeks!)

St. Louis style pizza is provel cheese and thin crust I believe. I am not sure if there is anything else about it, since we moved here last year so am not sure if there are more differences.

3. Unfortunately, no, homemade pizza is one of those things I have not been able to conquer, its always too doughy in the middle and my toppings are never cooked the way I want them to be. So we just order out! lol

3. I use Fleischmen's Pizza dough yeast and follow the directions. It is amazingly delicious, especially on the grill
