What kind of Hvac stuff does your husband do? Does his company only do commercial or do they work on residential too?
We need a maintenance check on our AC at home (it's shutting itself off) and our landlady is in Cali so she asked if we knew of anyone, otherwise she is going to try to find someone... I figured I'd check with you..

and then if you call and say that CJ Lindauer referred you or you can request him... I do know that if you request him though you would have to wait until he is available but all the techs are great from what i hear
