I lurked

on the getting pregnant board...my curiosity got the best of me. I don't want to have to learn all these abbreviations so I'm just never going to start trying to get pregnant....its a lot of work...a CM, I figured O=ovulating, and WW? I"m so confused. I'll stay here where all I use is SIL MIL FIL and DH. Simplicity is the way to go.

Re: I lurked

  • I bet CM = cervical mucous!!  Hahahaaaa eww

WW might mean "week wait" because I've seen it written 2WW and I thought that might mean the 2 week wait between when people normally ovulate (conceive) and when they would normally start their period (or not, signalling possible pregnancy)

Or I could totally be making this all up.

  • I lurk over there every now and again. And I agree with pp about the abbreviations lol I get so confused, each board seems to have it's own abbreviations and I have no idea what they are!

  • The WW is week wait.  It's the 2 week time period after you ovulate and you have to wait the 2wks to find out if you're pregant or if you get your period aka AF (aunt flo).  Smile
