XP: Anyone know a friendly teen in the Anderson-Eastgate area?
We're hosting a 17 y/o teenager from Germany, for 10 months, as part of a H.S foreign exchange program. She's arriving mid-August about 2 weeks before school starts (she'll be a Junior at Turpin H.S.) I work Tues-Thurs days, DH works a lot, and I'm kind of concerned about her being bored stuck at home before school starts, since she can't drive and we don't really live within walking distance of anything. The Host Family Manual suggests that we find a local teen who will show her around a bit while we're at work...does anyone know anyone who might be interested?
