As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I have to stop......

eating crap food it is not good for me or the Baby! I got to get back on the healthy track and gain healthy weight. It starts this week after today I can only treat myself once a week to something unhealthy!

  • UGH I feel that way and Im not even pregnant! I started on the South Beach Diet today so Im hoping to get myself back on track. I plan on staying on this diet for a long long time. Its not so much a diet, just a different way of eating. You should look into recipies from Phase 2 or 3. It is loaded with tons of protein and good carbs and sugars. Right now Im on Phase 1 with no sugar or carbs for 2 weeks. Which I certianly do not recommend for you, but Google Phase 2 or 3 recipies and after a few weeks sticking to that, you will feel amazing. Well, you know, minus the morning sickness. Good luck!!
