Announcement!
I finally got an offer from the Agency in DFW area, and it was higher than expected, with some cool perks such as cell phone allowance, free toll tag!! and an hour extra vacay time with my previous experience with the State.
My start date is Aug. 9th!! I am really excited, the offer came at perfect timing, I run out of my UE benefits, and my Cobra payment was going to get more than double.
So I will be very busy finding a place, moving, ...
I will be having a "shop my closet" sale, to sell my new or almost new designer and brand name shoes, bags and clothes this coming weekend, and then I will have a garage sale to downsize a little bit. I will keep you guys posted on both.
Thank you guys for sending me dust while I was job searching, interviewing, ... and listening to me when I just needed to vent.

OMG, Congratulations!!! I was wondering if there had been an update while I was gone. I am so glad this worked out for you. I will miss you, though. I'm sure the cupcakes won't compare in Dallas and you'll be forced back for an occasional lunch.
