ooo I loved this new recipe!

Just made it for the first time tonight. Dh cleaned his plate and expressed interest in leftovers. :)

4 chicken breasts

1 can cream of mushroom soup (I actually used 1/2 and 1/2 of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken)

1 7/8c chicken broth

1 pkg onion soup mix

1 c. uncooked white rice

1 pkg. frozen broccoli & carrots

Spray baking dish, put rice on bottom. Mix broth and soup mix, pour into rice. Put chicken on top and sprinkle soup mix over top. 20 minutes before cooking is done, mix in frozen broccoli and carrots. 

Bake at 350 for 1-1.5 hours.
