Contractor recs
We're under contract on a house in Oakwood (Dayton) and the bathroom renovation will be our first task. However, we'll probably hire a contractor to lead the work. Any recommendations for a general contractor and/or bathroom designer?

I believe it is offered in your area too, try angieslist.com or servicemagic.com. I know several contractors, but not for your area. They use service magic to get customers like you. They have to be licensed and insured to become a member. And best of all their customers rate their work. It doesnt cost you anything to have somebody bid on your job. The contractors pay service magic for the lead. I dont know if contractors on angies list are licensed/insured, but you should always ask for proof before hiring them.Good luck with your new adventure!
