My family is at the beach and there telling me to come on down but my problem is I'm feeling guilty leaving the dogs and Dh. For the first time in years my brother is at the beach for the whole week and would love to go hangout but its a 5 hour drive and I don't mind it at all. All I have to pay for is Gas and thats it!!! What would you do!

Would you stay at home?

How does your DH feel about it?

I would probably go for part of the time, but DH would be encouraging me to go and definitely understand it.  My sister is in Georgia now and we hardly get the 5 of us together so we try to capitalize whenever we can.  (And there's a good chance DH would take off work and go as well.)

Depends, if you can leave home for a week (or part of it) then I'd probably consider it. If you feel too guilty then you probably won't have that much fun anyway.

I would run it by DH and if he didn't mind I would definitely go!

If DH doesn't mind and your able to get time off. Go and have a great time!

I would also ask your DH his thoughts.  If he's OK with you going and doesn't mind watching the dogs then I would totally go for it.

I'm off work this week too and I was thinking if I go today and tomorrow and come back on Thursday morning and I would have time with Dh on the weekend but I'm not willing to push his buttons either! We will see!!!

I would at least go for a few days.  I would feel guilty leaving too, but I know Jordan would be telling me to go.  I think you should go.  Next year this time you might not have to opportunity to get up and leave with the baby here and all.
