Self Watering Window Boxes

Where did you get yours? I found them online at Gardeners Supply, but couldn't find them on Home Depot/Lowes. Any other suggestions?

The term "self watering" scares me. I'm also suspicious. Does it work?

I use the English hayrack trough style.

  • Mine are from Wal-Mart, they fill from the bottom not the top. They were $10.
  • I second the walmart..I bought the 24 inch window box and it has these little holes you pour water in with your watering can and the dirt gobbles it up...or something scientific like that. But So far so good for me. They also had planters and bigger pots too. I paid $7.50
