As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. ? about returning an item at a grocery store **UPDATE**
I'm a dumb a** and bought the wrong protein shake(dry mix) on Sunday. I opened it, made one shake then checked the label.
OMG 17grams of sugar and 20grams of carbs!!!! This doesn't help a person on a low carb/sugar diet, lol.
I don't want this product. Can I return/exchange this product?
UPDATE: I was able to exchange it for a better mix!!! Yay!!!

Exchange it for a different brand of protein shake, Wal-mart carries 2-3 other brands too.
