As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've been obsessing about my Ironman that is... less than TWO weeks away!! So, I'm always on www.beginnertriathlete.com.
I don't know what made me think of it, but I thought "gee, I haven't been on the Nest in forever!"
Yeah! Let's do coffee!!! I leave for Lake Placid next Thursday and I come back Monday, July 26. Alllllllll that week I'm going to be super sore, but they say caffeine helps with recovery! OR, we could meet in August! I've love to hear all about the life of a mama!
