Invitation wording, WDYT?

Hi, I normally don't post on this board, but I have a question on invitation wording for an 80's themed surprise 30th bday party I want to throw for my H.  Do you think this sounds bad for a party that is being thrown for a guy?

Dust off your leg warmers and tease up your hair, we are having an 80's party, be there or be square!

 ...of course I will add my H's name and date, time, location of the party, rsvp info, etc...

 But, WDYT of the main wording of the invite?  Is it too girly for a party when the guest of honor is a guy? 

Do you have any other ideas on wording that could be used if you don't like what I have so far?

I think it sounds Ok...if you wanted to make it less 'girly' I would swap out leg warmers for something else that can be more guy related...parachute pants?...but that kind of messes up the rhyme sequence a bit. I think the 'tease up your hair' is fine since guys hair in the 80's was just as crazy as the girls.

You could sub ghetto blaster for leg warmers.

Break out your Member's Only jacket, slip on your acid washed jeans, pop your collar and join us for a trip back to the 80's to celebrate Joe's birthday.  Michael, WHAM and Madonna will be spinning the tunes, all we need is You!

I would add more references to the 80's that make sense for your crowd.  have fun.
