How are your Assets doing today? Mine were off to a great start today, but then I started to feel lightheaded and dizzy (likw how you did yesterday)while blow drying my hair.  I though it would pass, but it didn't.  So I took them off.  I'm sure work wouldn't appreciate a pregnant girl passing out at her desk.

Besides, my pants still felt really tight with them on. And those darn nachos! I gained another 1.5 lbs today. Aye sus!

Re: ~Mia~

  • Ahem... I told you to take the batteries out of that dang scale.  No sense in weighing yourself for the next 9 months sister.

  • My Assets are ok.  Tried them on last night with my flapper dress for Halloween, I was trying to pull them higher to go under my short skirt..it was very tight.  Sigh - I guess I better lay off the nachos too, until at least after wearing that darn flapper dress.  LOL!!

Sorry you got dizzy this am.  And would you please throw away the scale!!!!  Geez!  Cut yourself some slack besides the scales at the docs offices always seem to be different than the ones I've had at home.  What's up with that?

  • Sylvia,

at motherhood maternity stores they have this thing, it looks like a girdle but it isn't, it goes over the top of your pants to hold them up so you can wear them unbuttoned., it won't make you dizzy or light headed.

?Don't worry about the weight gain, it is inevitable.?

  • Oh Sylvia, Michelle is talking about the tube-top thing I mentioned yesterday.  I have to hunt for it and the elastic tab/button fly extender thingie.  I'll look tonight and let you know tomorrow!

Thanks Princess Shelly for mentioning that!  :-)

  • Thanks ladies! I know, I know.  I should stop stepping on the scale every day and not worry. I'm one of those people that have always battled with weight issues my ENTIRE life, thanks to gymnastics. ARGH! Now I'm really paying for it in my adulthood. We have our first ultrasound next Wednesday and I know I'm going to get an earful from my Dr. about my weight.
