San Antonio with kids....
We are planning on going to San Antonio around Labor Day and I am looking for suggestions for kid-friendly hotels. Hoping to stay on the Riverwalk, but not a neccesity. Kiddos will be almost 3 years old and 8 months then. Planning on doing the Zoo, Seaworld, and Schlitterbahn. Any more recommendations?? Any "musts" as far as restaurants??

I have no idea on hotels, but some of our favorite kid friendly restaurants are Tycoon Flats, the Cove, Two Brothers, and La Gloria. Tycoon Flats and the Cove are burger places, and both have a playscape for the kids. The Cove is all organic food, and super yummy (although a bit pricey for burgers). Two Brothers is a BBQ spot with a huge playscape and a sandbox. La Gloria is at the Pearl Brewery, overlooking the new stretch of riverwalk. Yummy Mexican food (but not Tex Mex), and there is a large green area where the kids can run around. I've never been there myself, but the Friendly Spot in King William is a bar that serves small plates, and they have a playscape too.
We love the Children's Museum downtown, and my boys like exploring the Botanical Gardens. I think they still have the playhouses and forts exhibit there. The Witte Museum has a dinosaur exhibit through Labor Day too. When you're at the zoo, be sure to ride the train.
San Antonio is such a kid friendly town with so much to do with the little ones! You all will have so much fun!
