neither of us cried. we did laugh our a$$es off when we were exchanging our vows hahaha.
ETA: i did cry the day after b/c i knew that my dad now knew that i had sex. hahaha. im daddys girl in my family.
I was really anxious all day, like I was pacing around my bridal suite. It didn't help that the wedding coordinator had to stall me for like 15 minutes b/c C had this gushing bloody nose...
When they finally said it was time to line up, I started gushing tears. I have no idea why, but I was uncontrollably sobbing. My dad tried to make jokes to get me to stop, lol, but it was no use. I have a few cry face photos - SOOOO EMBARRASSING. My fam and C always make fun of me when we see the cry face photos.
I think I was scared to have 100+ peeps looking at me all at once.
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I know me too, I hate that. Hubs was freaking calm as hell. I think just Me and my Dad cried. He didnt want to give me away.

i cried because i was really upset that my dad had passed away 9 months before our wedding. don proposed after he passed away, so he never asked for my hand in marriage, never got to walk me down the isle, etc. that was a really really difficult day for me.
i was happy to be getting married, but that just kind of put a damper on things.
yes, because when we got to the reception (outside) we almost had a storm (Late september, really?) and it blew over all of the centerpieces that I MADE.
And the Company we hired to bring the stereo equipment, didn't show until 2 hours into the reception.
Also, the cake topper slid down the cake because of the wind.
Then after my 2 min pity party, I got over it because all that mattered was that we were married!
I drank a beer, and made everyone do the first dance to the Cupid Shuffle
Casey started crying when I got up to the alter, so that made me cry more lol. We just kept mouthing "I love you" to each other, we weren't paying attention to the ceremony at all, lol. My FIL says I almost fainted, but I don't think thats true.
Did that kind of calm you down to see your hubby calm?
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I totally did and it came out of NO where.
I'm not usually a public crier and I don't get that emotional at weddings. I had practiced my vows a hundred times (they were very witty but emo as well) but when it actually came time to read them I burst into the ugliest crying face EVER. The worst part is, I cried throughout the whole thing so I think my super witty comment got lost in the haze...People still laughed even though I couldn't dry my eyes to save my life.
I also broke out in tears again when my brother took the mic to introduce us into our brother/sister dance in honour of our Dad. He's totally not a public speaker kind of guy, but wanted to say a few words before our dance - it was unexpected and made me cry.
Holy hell, thats rotten luck! I'm glad you regained composure, Idk if I would've been able to lol.
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I'm sorry Jaye, but I LOLed. Only b/c I can totally picture that happening. Lololololol.
That was so sweet of your brother to do though, that definitely would get the water works flowing for anybody.
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I did stop cying once my dad handed me off, then just when I was reading my vows. We cracked up because the candle wouldnt light, so that was funny but at first I was like "why are you not crying" but in my head. We just stared at each other and that made me a little better. I loved our ceremony even with the crying.

No problem Taylor! One of my good friends actually posted some pictures from the ceremony on FB and left out the one of my saying my vows - she wrote under DHs - Jaye I didn't think you would want a picture of you crying on FB... Running joke that I ruined those pictures because my face is SO UGLY.
I have a pro shot though.
Maybe I'll make a blog post of it.
It was pretty hilar.

I didn't really cry, I don't think--is it weird that I don't remember for sure? the hubster=wa-ter-workzzz!
I cried during the toasts though, like a lot--as if all the emotion caught up with me then...
I think that means you don't have a heart (or soul).
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
Oh gosh, yes, definitely do a blog post!!!! That is too funny!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
O.M.G. yes! Lets! They'll probably be funnier than our sigs, lol! I have to wait until I'm home, but I will sooooo do this if others are game too!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
You can join me in the cold black heart club. it's pretty rockin'
hahahaha yes!!!
our vows were just the standard christain vows and during the pastors speech about love, faith, blah, blah we (me&dh) look passionately into each others eyes and start laughing like non-stop for 2 mins hahahaha we tend to laugh in serious situtations hahaha
I'll do it, it will be in a little bit too. Those pics are at home

OMG! When I read this, I thought "Wow... same thing happened to me..." And then I saw that you got married on the same date! That was some crazy storm that we *just barely* avoided. We almost packed up our reception to move to a new location because we weren't sure if it was going to storm, but it just so happened that our DJ was also a pilot and called someone at mesa air field, who had the most up-to-date weather forecast and told us it would blow over in 15 minutes, haha. We def got our money's worth with that vendor! All I remember from our first dance is the wind. The cake almost blew over, and the wind blew out all our candles and luminarias so it was kind of dark... I couldn't even see my food during dinner... but we still had a total blast.
And to answer the original question -- yes, I cried. I cried when our moms read us an Irish wedding blessing and I cried when I said my vows.
I was to dang dehydrated...lol
It was really hot outside, but I didn't want to drink a lot. I tend to have to pee at all the wrong moments....lol
We had a moment of silence for my Grandpa and DH's Aunt and Grandpa, that is when everyone seated turned on the water works..

I didn't cry either! DH and I definitely giggled at most parts
The Life of the E Family
Yes but not happy crying. I told my bridesmaids that I didn't care about how they styled their hair as long as they had it up since I was wearing mine down. My sister started yelling at me in the salon that I was controlling and trying to make her look ugly.
I also cried when it started raining and my ceremony was supposed to be outside. I was freaking out because we didn't practice a backup if it rained and I had no idea where I was supposed to go. We were sitting in the carriage waiting and I looked at my niece(flower girl) and she stuck her tongue out at me and then gave me the biggest smile and I couldn't help but smile.
BLOG
I cried when I saw my flowergirls all dressed up.
I cried when I read my letter from DH...balled!!! haha
I started to when we were saying our vows but then I head it together.
I balled when we had our 1st dance because I was so sad that it was almost over. haha I said to DH "awww, our wedding day is almost over. I don't want it to be." haha
Then I balled along with my Dad during our Father/Daughter Dance.
Cried during speeches and that might be it!
I was surprised that I didn't cry walking down the isle. I was too nervous and then I smiled SO big when I finally saw DH!
