As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Question for HR peeps...
Today our Regional Loss Prevention manager came in to audit the store and to interview employees.
Except, her interviews are more of an interrogation. She tries to trick you into admitting you stole stuff by saying they have you on camera and will keep on questioning your blue in the face.
Is this legal for somebody to do?
Everyone dreads her showing up because they have no clue who she is going to question. I left early because I did not want to have to sit through this. Honestly, it was making me nauseous...

Yup.
Some kid admitted to stealing a candy bar once, she told him it was no big deal and that if he paid for it he could keep his job.
He paid for it and went back to work. The LP lady told my boss to fire him once she leaves. COWARD!
