Hi everyone! I've been lurking on this board on and off for a while, but my search for a cost-effective, energy-efficient dehumifier has drawn me out of the shadows. I just started researching them and before I get too far into it, wondered if any of you are experts (or at least know a little something
)? Any good recommendations?
TIA!
Re: Dehumidifier recs?
Frigidaire FDL50S1 is what we have now, it ran from 6 am to 10 pm daily for 2 years, it works great.
similar to this one (same size/price, just newer), has energy star

We had a Kenmore for a year before the frigidaire and it died almost a year to the day we got it. THEN we googled the reviews, and found out everyone else had the same experience.
