Should I deadhead reblooming hydrangea?

Hi there ladies, I'd appreciate your advice :)

I planted endless summer hydrangeas and they were in bloom and wonderful but the blooms seem to have gotten crunchy and look dead but new growth with great looking blooms are also on the same plant.  Should I deadhard the dead blooms?  If yes, how much should I cut?

thanks!
