So DH and I went driving around looking at homes, and we decided to take a drive through Marley Park......and.......I FREAKIN LOVE IT!!!!

 

The homes are very cute and I love that there are front porches!

That is where we are planning to buy. Hopefully by this time next year at the latest...

They are building all new houses in there..  Beautiful (we toured the houses in another park in Phoenix)...

Anyways, we love Marley Park. We are going to buy inside there by this time next year at the latest. They are building a whole new section of homes in there and they are really nice. We looked at the model homes at another park in Phoenix....

I have no idea of where you're talking about yet, but just wanted to add that I'll be a "Surprise Lady" here in about 2 wks!!!!

It is on Reems and Cactus when you make it out here.... I love them! Now, just to convince DH! I have a year, so hopefully he will give in! He likes the houses with the 2 car garage and then the one car on the side.

Suprise is a WONDERFUL place to live and raise a family! I loved the community/small town feel when I lived up there. I wish MH commutes wasn't such a b!tch from Surprise! GL with house hunting. Would love to see some pics when you find your place!

I want to live here SOOOOOOOOOO bad!!!!!!! I love it in there... very small town feel and I especially love Valentine Street how cute would it be to live on Valentine Street!
