Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I bought a vacuum in May 2009. Stupid thing is broke. It has a 3 year warranty on it. I don't have a receipt but I do have the credit card statement that shows date it was bought. Can I go to the service desk and request a copy of my receipt? The credit card statement is not mine, it was a gift. Same last name though. I am taking it to a store in Maumee to fix it and I need an actual receipt, not the statement.
