Complete craziness!!
I worked all weekend and was completely slammed! DH and I went out to dinner Sat. night and then decided to drive around and look at houses. (I think he is set on moving into Marley Park now)
Sunday was working and then some True Blood!

We saw Inception and Despicable me this weekend and went to Arrowhead Mall and Arizona Mills mall.
We leave for San Diego on Wednesday!
Our weekend was great. We got a lot done, and used our grill for the first time (yah...a little hot for that).
Next weekend we're going to the eye-doc! Totally not exciting, but when your contacts are sucky it's worth at least one WOOT for seeing clear soon.

Our weekend started off a little rough, I got a speeding ticket... not a photo one(yes I know they have been taken down) but from a cop in an unmarked car! UGH I was so mad at myself because I can usually spot them a mile away, I have no idea where this guy was hiding...and he said i was going 77 in a 55 construction zone but i don't think he is right, but he gave me a break on the fine so I was cool with that. So once I got over that and got home I went to exclusivelyweddings.com. Tehy were having free shipping and 155 off orders of $150, 20% off orders of $200 and 25% off orders of $250... guess what one I did! hahah
We ordered everything we still needed for the wedding, toasting flutes, cake server set, my chonies for the day off( they are super cute boy shorts that hvae blue rhinestones that say "bride", the parents gifts, the bridesmaid gifts, the groomsmen gifts and these little decal things for the car that say "just married". I am so excited and it says it should all ship on 7/26.
Saturday Cj ended up working so i picked up the house a little bit then met with the wedding planner at 12. We went over pretty much everything and came up with a few great idea, so i can't wait to start working on all of that. and she thinks we are in a good place... as far as time line goes counting down to the big day
Sunday we headed out to Gilbert to spend time with the fam bam! Kaycee is crawling all over the place and she is a fast one that is for sure... She is trying to pick her self up without holding onto anything, I think she will be walking before we know it! After that we head home, and we just did stuff around the house, laundry, grocery shop and get ready for the week...
This next week should be a fairly calm one... I am doing system testing at work starting today so that will be a blasty lol and i need to work on the invitations.

Friday night I met Deanna for the first time (love her) at Z Tejas for Happy Hour.
Saturday I went garage saling with a friend then to Taylor's house and made pizza's. YUMMMMMMM! After that I went to MrsDWeb's for the night since our Husband's were together. We just hung out with her kids, had a few drinks, more pizza, and tried to watch a movie but I fell asleep. It was fun!
Sunday, I pick DH up from the airport, we napped and watched Big Brother. Busy weekend but I'm ready for another one. lol

I got my mom a hankie that says "to wipe your tears away on this special day, Forever your baby Jennifer 10/23/10" and for my day I got him cufflinks that say "Father of the Bride" and a golf towel with his initials. For Cj's mom we got her a hankie that says "Mother" and a bookmark with a mushy poem on it. For his dad we got him a cigar holder with his name and a litgher with his initals. For the bridesmaid i got them totes with their names on it and Cj got the groomsmen the sip & sit cooler things with their initals on them
I can't wiat to see it all.
Oh it all sounds soooooo cute! I think the BMs totes sound amazing, they will love them. Are the totes in your wedding colors?

Jenn- On Saturday night DH and I seen a red f-150 (no way related to a fire department) turn his lights on and go after a car! We were shocked! No speeding in Surprise anymore! lol
Also, I love that you say chonies! I say it all the time!

@Tay the totes are black and their names are in the girls favorite colors, so my sister is black with yellow for her name and Red or Scarlet for my cousin.
@Sommer, OMG I know these darn unmarked cars are EVERYWHER! he was trying to get me for being in the HOV lane but it was before 3pm so he was all "oh never mind on that one, i am just pulling you over for your speed then" umm ok! lol I had that happen in Surprise once, I was driving a long and actually going the speed limit while this all black charger tailed me then when a motorcycle zipped past me going like 60mph all of a sudden the charger put on his lights and booked it after the bike... i guess it was a good thing i didn't break check that guy huh?!? lol oh and Chonies, I think is way better then panties... saying panties always makes me think of little girl undies with sleeping beauty on them
Mine was pretty uneventful except for friday. My old coworker is in a cover band who plays out at the Prime Bar. So we went and watched him play with a few friends which they were awesome by the way. So we left around midnight to go home since I had to be at work at 7:45 the next day for a meeting. My friends also left but they left before us and as we were driving home we saw them get pulled over. We had all had a couple of drinks so we got a little worried and pulled over with them. We were waiting in the parking lot down from them and saw the cops give him the field sobriety test. I kept trying to text his gf but she wouldn't respond even though she was sitting in the car. So we see him go through about 4 test and then walk back to his car and get on the phone. then mine started ringing and it was him the cops had told him if he could get a ride they would let him leave so i walked over to them and dh brought the car around. The cops told us that we could take him home as long as whoever was driving blew below a .04. So my dh had to do the breathalyzer thing and he blew a .02 thank god. So we had to drive them home then go home it was super crazy and scary lol.
Saturday was blah we worked and it was packed busy here then I went home and fell asleep around 6 and woke up at 9 and some of our friends came over for drinks and left around 11.
Sunday I worked and once again it was packed. We opened at 11 and there was a line until we closed at 6 it was insane. I was so happy to go home and veg. So when I got home dh and I sat on the couch and booked our hotel for my bday and watched 2012. I ended up falling asleep because that movie was super lame woke up around 11 and went to bed. I didn't even have dinner but I feel super rested and feel like I finally caught up on my sleep....
I'm really looking forward to this weeked I have friday saturday sunday monday off its like a mini vacation. I'm just going to sit poolside all day can't wait!
my weekend was boring.
this week not a whole bunch is going on. will be going to dinner and a movie saturday night, don and i always celebrate the day we met in real life since we met on a car forum lol. our first "blind date" was in yuma because he lived in san diego, so we met in the middle.
I had a pretty good weekend!
Friday I met Stacy for happy hour, and it was so fun! She is awesome
Saturday I had to work. I had a pretty good day so I can't complain!
Sunday we went to my parents house, they were hosting a golf thing. I hung around with my mom all day and then in the afternoon we all went in the pool. It was so hot the pool wasn't even that refreshing, the water was like 95 degrees! And I'm never letting my DH put the sunscreen on me again, he missed a bunch on my left arm and I wound up with a crazy sunburn on that arm only!
I'm off until Wednesday so I'm painting our bedroom today and tomorrow. I don't know why I always think its such a good idea to do these things by myself. Its always more work than I think it will be in my head lol. Plus I almost fell off the 6 foot ladder while taping off the ceiling! I'd be screwed if I like broke my leg or something since I'm here alone!
I've done that a few times w/ house projects, lol. Its a really great sense of accomplishment afterwards, but crazy stressful while you're working.
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I say this like every other day, but I am sooooo jealous that I do not live in AZ and I can not meet everyone in person! Boo :-(
My wkend was pretty good. Fri- had to work, then drove 2 1/2 hrs away for a wedding rehearsal dinner & stuff.
Sat. was the wedding & reception, which was beautiful! It was Mark's friends' wedding & he was the best man.
Then Sunday we went over to the newlyweds' place for lunch & gift opening. After that we hung out w/the in-laws for a while since it was the next to last time we'll see them before the move.
Today was spent packing & cleaning stuff up. My Mom came up & we really got a lot done! We're soooo close now!
Umm, this week?? Just looking forward to (hopefully) having 4 more good days left at work w/the ladies, seeing & spending time w/fam/friends before we move, & getting the rest of the stuff packed.
My weekend was pretty good.
Friday, DH & I got takeout, made margaritas & watched a bunch of shows we had on DVR.
Saturday, and old friend of DH's was in town from Tucson. They haven't seen each other since shortly after high school. So we met up with her, and had lunch at Cantina Laredo in San Tan Village. It was a lot of fun. She's thinking of moving up here, so we talked a lot about that. I'm hoping she will! She's great!
After lunch, we went to a couple stores, and then decided to go for a drive. We drove up to South Mountain, and admired the view. It was great! We both really liked it, and would love to go back when it's not quite as hot, to walk around more. After the park, we went to dinner, then grocery shopping. Such a wild Saturday night!
Sunday, we didn't really do anything. Went to church, and that's about it. We were both pretty exhausted from last week.
As for this week? Yeah, not much to look forward to. Work is kicking my arse. (thus the lack of Nesting the past few weeks) Blar!
