Posh weekend in Manhattan
Hi ladies,
My DH and I are lucky enough to have 3 nights in manhattan this thursday-sunday. I have read the sticky post about NYC and found it very helpful...but I was hoping you could help me out. DH and I haven't be away since my oldest was born (4.5 years ago) so we really want to do this weekend in style. Unfortunately life has been crazy lately and has not left us much planning time so I am looking to you ladies for serious planning help.
We are fortunate to have a pretty decent budget for the weekend and would LOVE some once in a lifetime type recommendations. We have Yankees tickets and are staying at the Eventi hotel in Chelsea. I would so appreciate an excellent (can be pricey)steak restaurant, which broadway show to see and anything else we should do.

you MUST go to old homestead. it's on 15th street and 9th ave. it's the oldest steak house in the city, and the filet mignon is to die for.

If you have the time and the weather permits, do something great outdoors. Walk through Central Park, go to the Top of the Rock, or take a sailboat tour around Manhattan.

If you and YH are into rock music, I highly recommend Rock of Ages. It was a blast!
