Ohio State Fair?
Anyone going this year or have gone in recent years? It has been FOREVER since I've gone and wondering whether it might be worth a trip this year. I don't even remember what there is to see or do it's been so long!

So funny you ask b/c I just remembered this earlier today! I would really like to go, but don't know if I can swing it w/ our schedules. I haven't been in about 12 years. Their website is pretty informative and lists everything they have going on this year.

Last year was our first year and we loved it! We are going again this year. Last year we went up on Sat night and stayed in a hotel then went to the fair on Sunday. This year we will either do the same or stay 2 nights.
Last year we saw animals, a cow give birth, there was a live animal auction, they had cow shows (I don't know if that is what they called or not), we went to this little dairy ice cream shop and had ice cream, rode their "ski lift" those are always my favorite. It goes across the entire fair grounds and you can see everything. There was a convention center type of place that had tons of vendor inside we walked around that for quite a bit. It was a really nice relaxing enjoyable time. We can't wait to go again this year.
