So....we have a deal
We have an agreed upon a price for the house we are wanting to buy. The buyers countered and we countered and once again, then agreed on a fair amount. Now we just have to await the banks approval for the sellers price for their short sale! I guess this part can take some time. So in the mean time, we get to start sorting through and getting rid of old stuff
