**Mrs. Coffman**

How was the "Girls Night Out" at the Melting Pot? I'm thinking about doing that for a friend's bachelorette party. What it fun? Do you think it would work for a bachelorette party?

Re: **Mrs. Coffman**

  • blank_pageTo be honest I wasn't too impressed. I love the melting pot but it was just like having a regular dinner there nothing made it "girls night out." It was me and my mom and they had us sit in one of the curtain rooms which I love for DH and me but it was so close for me and my mom. The menu was a set menu it was $30pp and the cocktails for $6 and glasses of wine for $5 which we liked but we still paid $101 because gratuity was included. The farmers market was set up but we didn't get to see it because they had closed up when we were done. All and all it was fun because it was my moms first time there but I wouldn't do it again. I think it would be fun for a bachelorette party but very expensive but if budget isn't an issue fondue is always fun!
  • Thanks! I was wondering whether they'd do anything "special" to make it a real "girls night out," but it sounds like it was just the basic experience but with a set menu. I'll keep look for other ideas -- thank you!
