Anyone know how to do it?
We actually don't watch that much TV, we've found that we only like a few specific shows and all those shows are avail online with the exception of 1 or 2.
We only have an S video and then RCA hookups in the back and buying a new TV is NOT in the budget. (even though I guess if we saved the money from our cable bill for a year we'd have a nice chuck to throw towards it.)
Any ideas or websites on where to start? I read a yahoo article from a few days ago but I'm wondering if it's not as easy as using it as my "monitor" and that I have to convert the signal or something. Any advise is welcome, or tell me how you do it!

Re: Streaming internet video via an old TV
Well, is there a computer involved here? The short answer is buying a cable that converts the computer's out (VGA or HDMI or one of those) to RCA. Check the computers ports and then search for the appropriate cable.
But you might also need audio out, depending on your setup. And the computer might have trouble recognizing the display.
