I'm working from home today, which really means that I'm slacking off. We bought a Tahoe last night, so I'm going to leave here in a few minutes to get it smogged and detailed. I'm kinda annoyed that the previous owners didn't even bother washing it, but whatever. Then I've got a dr's appt this afternoon, hopefully I get to see our little guy!

I'm at work..sshh I'm not really supposed to nest but I just can't stay away!! Waiting for a patient to get back from a test so I can go start a drip on her...then I'm hopefully going to get to go to lunch soon because my stomach is growling so loud!

What's spicy lemonade?

For the master cleanse diet. Its a mixture of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water. The first day I made it, I got the cayenne pepper ratio wrong, and it was verrrrrrry spicy.

Just finished lunch and now I am nesting and trying to figure out where I should take my friends for dinner on Saturday night. I am doing all this instead of working, which is what I should be doing. At 2 I am doing new hire orientation for the newbies I just hired. Fun stuff.
