My wife has been working 50 hour workweeks with 10 workdays straight, so when she gets home it's being bored and watching tv, which is hard for me because I work from home and am dying to go out and do something with her!
I don't think we've got anything going on tonight. not that I can think of, anyway, although the muffler on my wife's car needs repaired so we may see about taking it somewhere.
tomorrow morning she's supposed to be doing a motorcycle ride for kids with a friend of hers (although she's been a little wishy-washy about it the last few days so we'll see). if she does go I think I'm going to take the boy--and my camera, of course--to the zoo. we're all going to have lunch together after her ride. tomorrow evening I'm going on a photowalk! I'm excited (and nervous) about that one, but it should be fun and I got 3 of my friends to sign up with me.
ummm...Sunday, again no definite plans that I know of. I think she's got a softball game at some point but I'm not sure when...
I think we are going to the beach tomorrow.
Other than that I am going to be testing new cake/cupcake flavors to present to our possible investor.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
After today (craptastic day at work) I need a drink or 7. Probably won't happen - but a girl can dream, huh?
Tomorrow - a friend and I are taking the kids to a kids theater production in the morning. Not sure what we are doing in the afternoon since it is supposed to be beastly hot. I wouldn't mind going to the pool in the evening. Gray has figured out going underwater and he is a VERY happy fish!
Sunday - I don't know what we are doing. A friend is coming over - we might grill, go swimming, go out to eat...basically I have no idea.
I was hoping to get a little me time in this morning, but I forgot that C had an appointment. Since she will be in the vicinity she will more than likely go to Whole Foods and BRU...we probably won't see her until mid-afternoon. Sad part...I am a morning person and I love to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee when I can. So I guess me and the kiddos will just hang out and play until Mommy gets back. (I still haven't mustered the taste for cold hot coffee or a warm frappuccino *smile.*)
I have a TON of chores to get done. My niece is coming in for one night (Thursday) and we have Fantasy Football draft night next Friday. I need to get this house in some type of order. (I will say that I did finally catch up with the laundry.)
Tomorrow will be Church and probably grocery shopping and then back home for more cleaning.
Not a terribly exciting weekend...I just pray it is productive.
