Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Oh my goodness! Tom may be getting a new job, but I want to keep it a secret from people I know (like family etc.), because I don't want to jinx it - it would be just so huge for our family for him to get a new job...I really didn't want to say anything about it though, because like I said, I don't want to jinx it, like other interviews he has had....
