Our house is on the market!!!
DH and I decided to move about a month ago so we have been furiously working to get it in selling condition. And it is now on the market - yea!!!

DH and I are seriously looking into moving too and have been working on things around the house this past week. We've met with a realtor, mortgage companies, and looking around to see what's out there- all within a week! We're thinking about doing FSBO. If we find a house or houses we really like we'll put it up right away! In fact we were looking at a few houses over that way in Fenton (some in Meramac Meadows and one off Hawkins by Kellison, but that one was under contract).
