I brought a cheese and veggie sandwich, a banana, a plum and some pineapple.  I'm totally over doing it on the fruits!

DH and I are meeting my mom step dad and bros for peter piper buffet... not a good diet decision but oh well DH wants to and is going to flagg tonight and I'm home alone so I want to spend some time with him

LOL I just put this in a message to some girlfriends! I'm doing a carb free/sugar free (well baked goods/junk type sugar) week to jump start my weightloss again. So grateful work has this amazon healthy food focused cafe where I can get a bunless turkey burger, grilled sweet potato fries, and a pineapple spear for lunch!

Have you tried the protein style burgers at Red Robin?

I think they're yummy!

Oh ya Tay- you can get them that way almost anywhere. I try to only buy burgers (beef) places with farm raised grass fed cows (red robin is grain). But I've gotten their turkey burger that way. The only time I've gotten a funny look was in Columbus Ohio- they looked at me like I was crazy for wanting my burger done protein style (wrapped in lettuce) vs. A bun. LOL

I hate the buns, they're always so dry and take away from the burger/dogs/whatev you're eating.
