start your lawsuit now

sue him and maja since she was part of the company before the divorce and they are playing a "he is to blame she is to blame" game

 

picked out photos for our albums 2 years ago and still have nothing.

My wedding was in 2009 and I have not received my wedding pictures at all! He is very unprofessional and makes no apologies for his fraudulent excuses and schemes. He told me he was getting divorced this past fall, but in looking at other posts it appears he has been using this excuse for a while. I should have seen the red flag, when his wife asked us to write another check for her ( we gave her a $200 tip at the wedding) months later because she "lost the original check". Richard has been rude from day 1! He is still advertising his services on his website and that alone should be considered fraud because he flat out told me he has no money to reproduce photo albums or even mail me my pictures! If anyone else is in the same boat as me please reply to post. Perhaps we can get a class action lawsuit going. He needs to be behind bars!
