I've noticed that every time I tell someone about my WD (wedding day) I get upset (like I could cry) about how it turned out. Nothing went as planned, I never got a copy of the ceremony, and have no idea what DH and I vowed to eachother! I know it's almost been a year and I'm not over it yet....so, I've been thinking about a vow renewal. I want it to just be DH & I (that way there's no one to ruin it this time around).
I haven't brought it up to DH yet, but that's secretly what I am wanting from him for our 1st year anniversary.
Re: Thinking about a WD redo
Whatever will make you happy about it, I would definitely say go for it!! Something small and just the two of you would be perfect!
I still wish we could go on that Alaskan Cruise with you guys!!

This exactly. I say do it, it's a fantastic idea!
Thanks! I wish you could go on the cruise, too. I'm hoping we'll have good weather and see some whales.
I brought the idea up to DH and he was less than thrilled at the idea, but I think through the conversation he realized that it would mean a lot to me. Since today's hour of conversation was focused on another topic I told we'd talk about it later.
Jaye - I'll have to check into the Sandals idea! That would be perfect if they would do one for free.
