AW: Super Early Birthday Present
Today we were at BBB and I was eying the KitchenAid (as usual)...DH says "If you really want it I'll get it for you as an early birthday present"
I argued that he already got me the San Fran trip and tickets to the Opera on my b-day day while we are there...and he said "well the plane tickets were free and the Opera tickets were not that expensive, so if you want it I'll get it for you"
So we came home with my new KitchenAid Professional 600!! I'm super excited 
He is the best H ever!

I love early birthday presents! That was so nice of Nick!!!
Now, explain to me how to use one of those and what you make with it, I'm clueless when it comes to really cooking (I only make dips and pizzas and soups, nothing too fancy)
My For Sale Bio
Well..I haven't use it yet...but I love baking and I'm constantly making stuff for the office or parties. I love to make cakes, cupcakes, frostings, pastries, etc. So that's what I'm planning to do with it. Actually the reason why I really wanted it is for the kneading attachment, so I can do my own fondant and pastry dough without killing my arms in the process.
Also, DH and I love to do stuff from scratch, so we plan on getting the pasta attachment for it to be able to make our own pasta.
What a sweetheart!
