Yesterday I picked:
5 large summer squash
3 large
zucchini (one longer than my forearm and about 5" in diameter)
2 dozen jalapenos
6 bell peppers
6 tomatoes (woot!
first of the year)
6 large cucumbers
1 eggplant
.... Not sure what I'm going to do with all of
that. Maybe a large batch of veggie soup?
Save for the cukes. There's a couple I want to turn into giant pickles. Pregnant lady needs her pickle fix.
Re: Garden harvest
