Making an offer!
I'm a little scared and a lot nervous. We saw a house this weekend with our realtor that's...too good to pass up. It's a flipped house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new flooring, large livingroom, dining room, den and remodeled kitchen. And a plus, it even has a pool. Only downside is it's older and without central AC. So we would have to have it installed.
So we're just crossing our fingers that the offer gets accepted or that if it doesn't, something better comes along.
