The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott
Have any of you historical fiction lovers read this book? I noticed it on the "new" shelf when Mere and I went to the library today and decided to give it a try. I'm skeptical, but it gets pretty good reviews on Goodreads.
Re: The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott
I've never heard of it. Sounds interesting though.
However, after reading Little Women as a kid, I read Invincible Louisa about Louisa May Alcott and I remember thinking it was soooo boring. Her real life story wasn't nearly as interesting to me (at the time) as her fictionalized life as Jo!
It's The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott by Kelly O'Connor McNees.

McNees read letters and journals of Alcott's, then based her book off of that.
