I was reading your blog and noticed that you ripped out the peas.
Then you say "second planting". Are you gonna plant peas again? Isn't it too late?
Mine are not producing anymore and are drying up. I was gonna rip them out tomorrow....

Yes, I'll plant again this year. Probably in early to mid-august.
You can do second plantings of certain crops and get in a 2nd harvest. You need to know your average first frost date and then count backwards, based on the time to maturity. Raised beds help extend the length a bit because they keep the soil warmer.
