Fun things to do around Mt. Juliet
I just moved to Mt. Juliet on Monday from NJ. My mom is coming down to visit this week and I want to take her to see/do some fun things. I also have 8 month old twins that will be coming with us. I am going to take her to the Nashville Farmers Market and to Opry Mills, but other than that I am at a loss. Anyone have any good ideas?
Also, anyone who lives in the Mt. Juliet area and wants to GTG let me know....I don't know anyone here, so I am looking to start meeting people in the area!!!

?I just wanted to say that your babies are super cute!! ??
Opryland hotel is fun. ?Its like a botanical garden inside the hotel. ?Its totally worth going to. ?Providence shopping center is much better than Opry mills. ?We live in Donelson and never go to Opry mills unless we need something specific. ?It is always super crowded. ?The Hermitage (home of Andrew Jackson) is also a cool place to visit. ?It can be a lot of walking, but if you are into history at all its really interesting.
?
I remember when you were asking for advice on were to move. Are you liking TN?
I live in MJ, we ususally go to downtown to Nashville when we have guest from out of town. You could ride the Music City Star down to Riverfront and have have lunch.
Maybe we could have a GTG in MJ. That would be fun!
I saw in your Bio that you are a teacher. Are you teaching this year? I teach elem. art in Wilson County.
If you feel like exercising, you can walk the greenway. It starts at Kohls and ends up at Percy Preist Dam. Also, if the weather is nice, you can have a picnic at the lake.
Side note: If you decide to get together, I would love to join!!!
