I can't take anymore leaks... we're running out of towels and buckets! ?:oP

We're not dealing with leaks, but we can't leave our condo! ?The road in front of it is flooded. ?There are 2 cars stalled with water up to their doors and 2 more cars stuck in the mud because they tried to drive up into the grass and around the flooded road! ?We were also suppose to have a showing today (our condo is for sale) and, of course, they didn't show up. ?Ugh.

Sorry about the showing ?:( ?We're on a side street, but the cars coming through are backed up for blocks trying to avoid the roads that ARE flooded! We're going to venture out to the grocery store, but I'm not forward to it! ? Ugh is right ?:oP

Thankfully, we caught our leaking window during the last big storm and were able to fix it!  We did wake up this morning to my neighbor's yard completely flooded.  They had the village pumping it out.  I feel so bad for them.

My dogs are getting stir crazy - 2 days of rain means 2 days without exercise.  I wish there were an indoor dog park!

DH is at his parents' house. ?They have 2 inches of water in the basement! ?He had to help them move all of their furniture upstairs and they are currently trying to fix the sump pump. ?What a mess!

I'm going to stop complaining... sounds like we didn't have it as bad as we could have! ?I'm just dreading the next two days and what they might bring ?:oP ?Everyone stay safe and dry!

A real estate agent just showed up for a showing!! ?Yay! ?It wasn't even the one that was suppose to be here earlier! ?It was a different person who was showing another unit in our complex so she thought she would bring the clients by ours as well. ?I waited out in the hall while they looked around. ?The agent came out and said they are really interested and want to know if the washer/dryer comes with the unit! ?I hope we get an offer!!

I have to say, I love this weather.  I just wish it was about 15 degrees cooler.  I hope you all don't get water!

I am soooo tired- I have been fighting the water in the basement since 8 am this morning!  I so need a drink!
