  • No. I kinda wonder if they showed up because normally the realtor who is showing it leaves their card. It could be they just didn't leave one. I think George emailed our realtor to see. We have been talking that we might take it off the market, refinance to get lower rate and maybe try to do for sale by owner. We are not too happy with our realtor. She moved to Alabama and we just feel like she is not being proactive. I know housing market is tough but we are printing the flyers to put outside, i have put it on a couple of sites that has houses listed, which I need to do again, and I feel like we ate putting it out there. I guess we will see. I just would like some good news and be able to move and have some room. Thanks for asking.

  • How in the world can you have a realtor living in Alabama that can still help and support her customers? I would almost consider changing realtors. Obviously she is not doing what you feel is a adequate job. I know the housing market is horrible right now. Are there any places for sale around yall? Maybe you could see how much they are trying to sell it for.

  • There is only one townhouse around us that is about the same size and when we dropped the price they dropped theirs too. Our townhouse is at a very reasonable price and we will make money off of it even if we went down a few more. I think if we don't do For Sale by owner that we will probably get a new realtor when our contract is over.

    We do have someone coming to look Monday so maybe things are looking up. Mortage rates are at a all time low so hopefully that will inspire people to start buying.

    Like I told george we don't have to sell it would just be nice to have a little bit more room and get rid of these stupid high HOA fees.

    We will see what happens.
