Giving up on my garden plot.
At the community garden. We made a lot of rookie mistakes, and none of our plants are going to make it. I wrote about it in my blog today, if you want to read about it, but basically we didn't add compost and the weeds were out of control. Nothing could survive, despite our best efforts.
Rest in peace, little garden. We will try again next year. Until then, it's farmers markets and the kindness of our friends with successful gardens.
