Some place to visit in NE Utah??
Hi Ladies,
I am an Indiana Nestie in NW Colorado (Craig, CO) for work the next couple of weeks. I was thinking of coming over to Utah since I've never been and probably won't get back out here any time soon.
It looks like SLC is 5 hours away, so that is a little too far to drive in one day (I only get Sundays off).
Is there anything east of SLC that I could visit? It looks like Vernal and Naples are right off of US 40 (which also goes through Craig) and there's some Dinosaur National Monument?
I basically want to do something in Utah to say that I've finally visited the state I'm willing to drive up to three hours each way tomorrow, maybe more next week.
Thanks!!!!
Move along, nothing to see here.....

Here's a Utah Travel Map to start http://travel.utah.gov/documents/Ut_travel_map.pdf
See if these other links will help: http://travel.utah.gov/publications/index.html#Onesheeters http://www.dinoland.com/ http://wikitravel.org/en/Utah
The only think I can think of in that area is the Dinosaur Park. I am sure there are other things.
