Ok, so I am a self-proclaimed fashion victim so I'm reaching out for your expertise! 
I fell in love with these boots.

First question - am I nuts or are these cute? Second question - What to wear them with obviously they can be worn with my dress pants to work, but I want to show them off a bit. So any suggestions? I'm guessing I can wear a dress, but any particular type?
Thanks for the help in advance. I'm hopeless and live in a town without any of my girls around for advice. =(
