Anniversary celebration rocked!!
We had an excellent day. I couldn't have asked for more perfect weather. It rained for a bit, but it was courteous enough to do so only while we were indoors eating lunch.
Lunch at Esca-- four courses of deliciousness. To start, we had oysters. Second course: homemade pasta with seafood. Third course: I had trout, he had mackerel. Both cooked to perfection. Dessert: he had an affogato from heaven, I had a pear cake with vanilla gelato.
Then off to B&H where I got a new camera bag.

We walked down to the marina. The sail was amaaaaaazing. Did I mention the gorgeous weather? So relaxing. Crew was friendly and we got great views of the harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and all the other ships. The sunset was not being shy for us.
Now I'm at home entertaining my BIL and GF who have just arrived back from Europe. Yay!
