Awesome Loft Style Apt. Villa Park/Elmhurst 7mth or longer lease
HI Everyone,
My husband and I are closing on a house, but our lease at our current apartment isn't up until April. Breaking the lease is quite an expense for us, so we are looking from someone who would want to move in end of August or September 1st and take over our lease. The lease would be officialy transferred under your name and you would then have an 7 month lease. You definitely have the possibility to renew for a year if you choose.
We live in the Ovaltine factory apartments in Villa Park. We have absolutely no complaints about living here (even sad to leave here), but it is the right time for us to buy a house.
It is...
a modern, loft style, exposed brick, 18 foot ceilings, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a den (we use as our guest bedroom). All appliances and washer and dryer included in each apartment. Air conditioned. Swimming pool, workout facilities, and right on the prairie path within walking distance to the train, stores, and restaurants. 18 miles west of the city. Ample parking. Utilities are not included, but not too bad.
We signed during a promotion, so our rent is cheaper ($1203/month) than what the leasing office is offering right now. We would pay all your application fees and the administration fees to change over the lease to you. We are also offering a $200 cash bonus to you at signing...that will pay a few months of utilities! You will also get our security deposit at the end of the lease...another nice bonus!
