Away We Go
I finally saw this movie yesterday. I liked it a lot! Maggie Gyllenhaal was definitely the best part of it, but Allison Janey was pretty damn hilarious too. It was really weird though because when it ended, I got all teary for no reason.

it was really enjoyable . . . I mean, who doesn't love a good John Krasinski movie showcasing his cunnilingus in the first 10 minutes. His "work personna" was hilarious too. Gah, I have SUCH a crush on that man.
it didn't really have a plot, though. I mean yeah, they're having this baby. They find a place to live that they love. Nice. But not much really happens along the way.
The only thing that bothered me is it's one of those movies where there's obviously a lot of backstory and stuff they never bother filling you in about. Like the whole deal with her parents.
I think the movie really is about the kind of relationships people have with their kids and the different kinds of families.

I am ok with movies without a big plot. I mean, that was the basis of seinfeld and I loved that.
